Ask yourself, do you have a primary care provider? If your answer is no, look no further! Our family nurse practitioner and volunteer physicians can see all ages and treat acute conditions, chronic conditions, and send any referrals you may need for specialty care.
Acute Conditions
Acute conditions are Acute conditions are severe and sudden in onset. They can range anywhere from a cold, the flu, or a broken bone.
Chronic Conditions
A chronic condition is a lifelong illness, such as IBS or diabetes. With treatment and monitoring by your primary care provider, chronic conditions can be managed.
Referrals to Specialists
If your condition requires some extra attention, our primary care provider will refer you to a specialist. We are used to working with various insurances or if you have no insurance, and will find a provider that works best for you.
